About Flexible Dieting

Flexible dieting is run by a boy/girl team of former fatties. We've spent the last few years dissecting everything there is to know about weight & fat loss, primarily to better our own bodies. Now that we have cracked the code, so to speak, we want to share our knowledge with you.

There is a lot of nonsense out there and it can be hard to differentiate between what is good information and what is bad information. Fundamentally, losing weight is not rocket science. You need to burn off more calories than you consume over time. By doing this, the body will have no choice but to lose weight. However, it can sometimes be tricky to create that calorie deficit. People also often find that they frequently encounter weight loss stalls and issues with hunger/compliance. Our goal is to help you understand why things such as weight loss stalls happen, and what you can do to restart weight loss.
