Everyone wants a flexible diet, but really how flexible is your diet?

In this video, we wanted to show you two foods and what’s considered macro-friendly between the two, and then interview a random person in Quick Trip to see what their thoughts were on it and if they knew anything about macros or nutrition in general.

This was a fun one for us and we’re going to put out a lot more videos like this and in interesting ways haha!
