About 99.9% of the time why people aren’t successful isn’t from the diet, it’s mostly from just not adhering to it.

We get this all the time with new clients because society has lead us to believe that carbs are making us gain weight, but in reality it’s the amount of overall calories that they are consuming.

A lot of this comes down to knowledge and having a better understanding of what carbs really are and what how they can benefit you more ways than one.

When eaten in the proper amounts and times for your body type, they can do some pretty amazing things.

Once they discover how to eat for their body type, they realize why they are not losing weight.


You see it all over the place with marketing to buy the next best shake, or some weight loss pill, or better yet to buy a wrap to lose weight!

How about we work on educating ourselves a lot better so we can make the process enjoyable so it’s a true lifestyle change instead of relying on things that you don’t need.

The more education you have with nutrition and how your body responds to different types and quantities of food, the better results you’ll achieve long-term.

Who wants to severely restrict themselves to where they are miserable and to the point where you’re just not a happy person because of your diet?
