We all know that once you start falling out of your routine, you feel like you’re failing and can be tough to get out of that rut.

Everyone thinks that when you start a “diet” you have to severely restrict yourself to where you can’t eat outside the box of a set list of food while cutting out all sugars.

We wanted to hit different variations of restaurants to make sure that it fits just about anyone. Anywhere from fast food, to semi-sit down and those that want to really sit down at a restaurant to eat.

Just like any diet approach, everything in moderation is key to any “diet”, it’s just a matter of how much effort you put into the diet itself.
